Data Submission Retention Control

Data retention policies for form submissions typically depend on various factors, including legal requirements, organizational policies, and the nature of the data collected.

We allow users to define specific retention periods for different types of data collected through forms. Consider factors such as the sensitivity of the data, the purposes for which it was collected, and any legal requirements.

Note: this feature is only limited to subscribed customers.

1. Go to form/project setting.

2. Click on setting on the top navigation

3. Click on Advanced Options

4. You will be able to config on the retention period.
